1. We've checked the forecast and it looks like we've got another few days of this British heat wave left to come and with tomorrow set to be 30 degrees in London, we're not putting our summer clothes away just yet. For all you sun worshippers out there, it's still important you make sure you lotion up to stop yourself getting lobstered. And here's the perfect sun tan lotion to keep those pink bits at bay...

2. Someone who's been looking hot this summer is music star Rita Ora. She looked so fantastic on stage at T in the Park we thought we'd show you how to get her look. That’s right, we’re taking the crop top to a whole new level with this summer’s wardrobe essential: the bralet. Find out how to be top of the crops like Rita Ora now...

3. From one cool celeb to another, someone else hot on our radar this week has been Mr Hugh Jackman. We’re sure you’re as excited about seeing the new Wolverine movie as we are, but Jackman’s famous for more than just baring his claws. Find out what he's been up to that's made us give him a great big green thumbs up...

4. If you'd rather have a night out than go to the movies, we hear you. Getting dolled up and spending an evening out on the tiles with a cocktail (or five) is our kind of night! But we’ve all been there… it’s Sunday morning; you’ve woken up fully clothed, minus a solitary shoe that you’re unlikely to see again; and you can’t quite understand why suddenly daylight is brain-achingly brighter, there’s no saliva left in your mouth and you can’t seem to shake that horrible anxiety of last night’s antics. So check out our fail-safe way to ease that hangover and avoid 'The Fear'...

Hangover anxiety

We've also spent the week avoiding getting proper jobs by...
- Defying the ageing process like Helen Mirren
- Staying in an eco dream flat in London
- Snogging George Clooney (do we really need a reason)
- Keeping you up to date with the top tunes
- Avoiding Miley Cyrus
- Wearing vintage summer dresses from Urban Outfitters
- Roaming in the English fields with wild horses
- Looking good in Proof sunglasses

Now a little something from our friends Daisy Green...
Vintage Bouquets
Handmade fabric, brooch and button bouquets
And finally...
We love getting lost in our favourite book on the bus or train. We also love to keep you updated on everything books whether you can’t get enough of your Kindle, couldn’t live without an audio-book to block out the overly friendly passenger next to you, or you just love the feel of a second hand book between your fingers.

This week we've been reading If Nobody Speaks Of Remarkable Things by John McGregor. It’s not often we come by a book that truly makes us stop in our tracks, but this story blew us out of the literary waters. Check out our review now and if you tell us what you're reading you can even win a free copy for yourself...
